RE: FM in The Congo.Q3 financials are to be released on the 8th so they might provide an update in the MD&A at that time.  I went back and looked but other than reference to the fact the case(s) are proceeding there were no dates I could find. 

If they win, I would be surprised if they get their mine back, despite the assets that were taken from them.  DRC could simply refuse to honour the ruling and they will back the companies that now run the mine.  The best FM might hope for is something against the company that came in to claim majority ownership in international courts and even then they could probably transfer title elsewhere, fold up shop, and start up the mess all over again.  If they get any compensation it would be gravy, but based on the DRC's belief that they were not paid what they should have been paid, it is probably going to be like squeezing blood from a stone.
