Declining short position
As of March 19, the shorts are almost non-existent. This is a good sign. They are being very cautious. A stellar news release or amazing quarterly's would cause them a lot of unwanted sufferning. They have made good money with the recent decline. Many have decided to move on.
I think the bottom is in and an uptrend is on the horizon. It will not likely be a crazy spike upwards but a slow upward movement. We now need buyers to come in and take advantage of these bargain prices. Price movement, of course, could change, one way or another, with an amazing or horrible news release. All of this imho.
