global silver miners,,,where is the love,,,,where is the leverage? the sector has been capped since last Aug....even with the 4.5% pop in silver this week the miners are very weak, where are all the bulls?,,,,it seems everyone is waiting for lower prices, why? have the buy always pumpers finally been figured out by investors?
