RE: ARC Energy Fund 6 Sale

RE: ARC Energy Fund 6 SaleWe got some equipment in December and by January will be up to 125,000 HHP from 75,000 in November.  Big increases in gross revs coming in Q1.  Q4 should show an improvement but not as dramatic.  Could be in the +66% range, if the gross revs follow the HHP capacity.  Pricing has increased, as well, because of shortage of fracking equipment.  I think the dual bonus of more capacity and better pricing lasts thru this year but sooner or later, the equipment and manpower will catch up to demand.  So we should have a banner 2011 but later in the year, I will be watching their gross margins closely to check for slowing of demand.
