The refinery is key to any new mine coming on line. Fortune is well aware of the necessity.
No refinery no mine. No mine no batteries. No batteries no electric cars . No electric cars no drop in carbon . No drop in carbon no future . Unless of course one is not a believer in climate change.
Fingers crossed this all leads to a deal. Need all those Canadian Govts on board. This is expensive !
