as far as I can recall we were waiting for a fall roll out, then December, then early 2023 only to find out that over a billion has been already released in 2022 ....back in 2021 Elbm got some 10 million from some fund.
gotta be something to that squeaky wheel syndrome that we don't get at FT. NDAs are one thing meeting with public officials is another and a mater of public record.
