it clearly would have had to be known by mgt it was coming, ways around a delay or options would also have been discussed and did not work out as they would have liked.
the old adage of asking for forgiveness vs permission does not work in some cases - it is what it is, but if we read correctly, insolvency are not a factor.
it's a shame we are where we are but at this stage, in this macro I don't doubt that " there are still opportunities " that something comes of this deposit......as it sits today, we may be down to weeks to prove it.
