I actually don't think there is any downside to ft here...maybe I'm biased. its claims in court... between 2 people. If you do a private placement that makes the argument that the consultant made employment promises null and void in my opinion. The people doing the private placement would have had conversations with ft and management...  on the other side I see it as media ...more

If we are going to attract institutional investment, Our board should and must be be stellar, If my business partner past or present brought my company into a situation of question of any kind, I would publically disassociate, apologize and resign. Not on the basis of actual or inferred shady activity but simply on the basis of integrity. Ft needs a board of people who bring something to the ...more

A good board is critical, but what constitutes good is open for interpretation. Sometimes board memberS settle lawsuits with regulators, yet still add substantially to the company. Bob Friedland, Elon Musk, and many many others come to mind. It is solely the shareholders who make this call annually at the AGM. Investors overlook a myriad of sins if people make them money.

I won't disagree with you, however those with the money make the rules  and the likes of Elon pretty well can do what they want, we cant afford and nor do we want BoD who could come with luggage that may not be in our best interest..... this is a suit case that is unopened and I don't like what it could bring bring. In my opinion and have said before we do have a bit of redundancy ...more
