The proposed hydromet facility is designed to treat Nico concentrates, which are not unique in the world.  Having this is like having an oil refinery.  It is designed for a soource of feed, but not exclusive to that feed. Nico's hydromet plant could treat concentrates from around the world.  With some front-end adaptions, it could recover metals from recycled materials

After actually reading the Gov post lol  imo if FT isnt one of the First projects under Phase 1 i would be very suprised , Road and FS are two of the Main catagories , indigenous involvment should Seal the deal for first wave you would think,, and "shovel ready" lol FT has been ready for 15 years ,, Are the Tlicho invested in the project?  i cant remember?  that would

Hello and good morning longs One would think that Nico fits a number of criteria to get some financing.  But that would still mean that management has to make the application. Then there would likely be an extremely lengthy approval process (being Fed money). Which means that Fortune can't rely on this anytime prior to mid Q1, 2024 at best.  I think late February, early March. So
