Big Money

Big MoneyIn the market is always made when you can position yourself ahead of the move. It's been a week since the us fed spoke about intrest rates. Some call it lip service. The market liked what he said basically saying cut later. Since then the 10 year note has went from over 5% tounder 4.5%. What does that tell you that the best and most professional traders in the world believe him. Clue number 2 is oil. Oil has dropped from 87$ a barrel to 77$ just lately. We will call that 10%. Ok so 95% of everthing in the world is move using fuel. It just got 10% cheaper. Rate of inflation comes down a little fed cuts and when that happens markets will tear. That's when I come to FTN great divi at between 18 and 19%. 3$ in safety. And trading at no premium to NAV. When the fed cuts I expect FTN to towards 9$ in NAV and trade as it used to with a premium let's use 7%. Would put it at 9.63. And your still collecting .12575 per share per month. That's my wag. I'm in at 8.03. Will add another 30% to position on the way up. Must break 8.40 to trigger that. That my prediction let's see what happens. Time line 3 to 6 months. Enjoy.
