Quadravest updates FTN to FEB 15 UNIT Nav = $18.83

SO my spreadsheet was 2 pennies high, very close. Will adjust the numbers this weekend.
Last trade @ $9.89  means the premium is only about $1.05 or so. Works out to 11.9% before distributions. Not many better than FTN for value , safety and yield. There certainly are some worse.
DFN, and DGS each come to mind.
