Commons today at this moment in time, have a value of about 5.42 after distributions.
6.01 the last trade means the premium is about 40 cents AFTER distributions. Premium would be 7.3 % at this point.

OOPS premium would be around 11% after distributions are paid. Big yield here if things do turn around for a while. Used to be there would dividend pigs all over this at this level of premium and the yield near 25%
