FTN pulls back end of day UNIT NAV @ approx: $18.16

So some profittaking late in the day , as the bounce was a little too optimistic at first. FTN commons would now have a value of about $7.96..  closed at $8.06 which is a tiny  10 cent ...more

FTN unit nav with an hour to go...= $18.28 before dist.

So that would value the commons at about $8.08... trading at a discount now as the sellers wonder why they sold early today...

Fed says next move probably not a hike

And the market took that as a positve... in fact you would swear he said he will be cutting rates very soon.. LOL

NAV UP BIG AFTER FED

All FTN holdings are up huge after Fed press conference. NAV is now above $8.00+ Golferman

That's right, and those dreamers and optimistic made my capital gain from my dividend bought stock. Then applied that to FTN and brought my average way down. A triple win for me. It works well for ...more

FTN is for the cognizant investors. DFN is for the dreamers. DGS is for the optimistic.

So FTN commons are trading right at NAV, no premium like DFN.... or DGS.... but a LOT more safety.

FTN unit nav drops to $18.13 to APRIL 30

So the monthend report should show a number close to $17.93 after distributions for the UNIT NAV. Commons would carry value of $7.93 at the month end. Trading a slight premium to that, maybe a ...more

FTN in realtime @ $18.17 UNIT NAV before dist.

CAD falling vs USD helping bigtime with the US holdings. My spreadsheet showing a gain of 37 cents since the April 15th update. AFTER distributions the commons would have a value of about $7.97

FFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.73 BEFORE dist..

So spreadsheet is showing a gain of 42 cents  since the April 15 update.. and after distributions to both Commons and preferreds that would value the commons @ $5.54, as they will payout about 19 ...more
