Spreadsheet showing a gain of 66 cents since APRIL 30 update. That values the commons @ $8.58.. and with the last trade  @ $8.35 the stock remains discounted about 23 cents .

FTN still looking at a gain of about 62 cents since April 30  and so the discount continues with the real value @ $8.54 and the commons trading 22 cents lower @ $8.32.. SO many other higher
