Doesn't Aeroplan look after all of the customer loyalty aspects and Futura being in a reseller relationship? Why is Futura spending big money on developing its own software?

 

And in the US, don't the 4 big frequent flyer programs Futura has signed with have their own data collection systems?  Again there. Futura has a reseller relationship with the 4.

 

Unless Futura is planning to go with its own program like Dealer Dollars and is improving upon it. But now, they must allocate money to software development and away from getting more car dealers on board. Hard call to make without more information.

 

At the same time, Futura is negotiating with its creditors, dealing with operating cost reductions, and entertaining the rollback possibility. Quite a lot on the plate for this company.
