Why did they unhalt this travesty anyways? So the 0.5 cent ask can eventually build to 200 million? What's the point without enforcing the 40 for 1? And even then it'll probably spend a day or two trading before the ask is permanently at 0.5 cents again. But at least it has a purpose of adding liquidity to the stock so people can sell should they so choose. IIROC really needs to get its act together on this one, this is getting embarassing.
