Now Graham is gone to Advantex, another Aeroplan reseller. Looks like the end of Futura now. He was the person pushing for the car dealer category, trying to convince dealers to adopt Aeroplan. It didn't work out. Maybe Advantex will buy out Futura's Aeroplan contract?

Graham was with Futura 10 years, since the start I believe. I don't know if he is related to Mark Farrell, maybe brothers?

On one hand it seems like many have left the company, yet new hirings are occuring. Looks like David Campbell is the captain now, with full authority and freedom to do as he wishes. The only one left from the old guard.

If it wasn't for David and his connections, Futura would have been finished a long time ago. Kept the company afloat when it should have sank. Now it seems too late. The water is coming in faster than the pumps can clear out.
