If Graham is gone to consultant for another loyalty company, I think he left on his own after considering the possible fate for Futura. Therefore my gut feel is that Futura will be sold one way or another. How any deal will be put together I don't know, nor the value. I don't know what other options are available with everyone running away. There is the reverse merger idea, but all debt holders must be accommodated somehow before that can happen. And there are plenty of shell companies already out there.
