What makes it tough...

What makes it tough...

is the departure of key personnel who have indepth knowledge of the loyalty business.

Ron Kennedy-Senior account manager is gone since October. (3 1/2 years with Futura). The replacement appears to be Marlena Mordarska ( New Account Manager).

Graham Farrell (CMO Futura) left two weeks ago to be a consultant with Advantex. (10 years with Futura).

Paul Coke remains with Futura. Was Director Partner Management (3 years), now is VP Client Services.

The ranks have been thinned out. Most left in the past month. Can the company survive and advance? Or are the appointments temporary until the CCAA process is completed in January 2013? If temporary then the US expansion will not continue to happen either.

Looks bleak. Don't know what to think. The people with the most experience are gone.
