BayWall I feel bad for you, you must have truly lost a bundle to not be able to let this thing go. The markets are not friendly to companies with debt right now.

 

If companies like OPC, CMT and GBG, with their massive resource holdings, can go for mere pennies and if a company like YLO can have its equity nearly wiped out two years in advance of any potential liquidity issue what chance does Futura have of collecting 1 cent for shareholders? It's even looking like most if not all debtholders won't even collect a cent from this. If someone does buy FUT out for the tax losses and the stock symbol, it's certainly not going to be anywhere near high enough for equity to retain any value. You can look at this 100 different ways and the outcome will still be the same for shareholders. Zilch.
