Not often news come out on a Friday. Yes you are right. Dec 24th is the last day for 2012 tax year transaction. I forgot to count Dec 31st as a business day.

 

No matter what the news, it will be a tough pill to swallow, even if the company manages to survive. May take years to build up shareholder value.
