In light of a decrease in Aeroplan revenue, is Futura following-up on what's happening at each dealership? Management should have Aeroplan sales results for each dealership.

 

Maybe some dealers don't know when and for how long to offer Aeroplan for car purchases or have not done so for some reason. Provide some guidance.
