The Shorty Creek Project is located 120 kilometers northwest of Fairbanks, Alaska and four kilometers to the south of the all-weather paved Elliott Highway within the Livengood-Tolovana Mining District.

If they had done the financing last week at .40 went to PDAC with gold rising, the sp would be .50 now and the financing would easily be done. Having to drop it 20% to do the financing is only good for a few, but the first scenario would have been good for the many.

Of course this is all 20/20 hindsight
