Many great juniors are caught up in this horrible market, The price does not always reflect the true intrinsic value. To release a PEA when a stock is down and out gives little to no clout. With Gold breaking out, why not wait to release any solid news when the wind is in your sails? There are times to be patient, these markets cycle every 4-5 years and the chart on Gold tells me all I need to know. Sprott luvs this play and for that reason I am starting to pay attention.

What will happen to exploration comps. when Trump takes power once more and opens the door to mine development. FVL will be one of the beneficairies in a big way. Holding and adding.

.44 IS A TYPICAL PULL off 50. I took a few and would luv to add a few more... Not in this play large sadly, running low on Powder... Up to my eyeballs in AMK. nice to have more than one play in this market and when this market goes, FVL becomes a market darling..

The powers that be play this rather hard and could potentially bust 40 to flush it... Only time will tell

This easily could have been done at a higher price, but at this point and extra 2 or 3 million shares won’t matter. They can’t do much with this piddly amount of money, so I see that as a good sign for a sale of GS

I agree 100%. It seems it is always the way. SOme heavy hitters always want the liquidation sale especially when they see a potential 5 bagger here in the works.. This aught to move fast in these market conditions.... looked at my ave again and its near 41... happy with that... 70cts will be a cakewalk.. but getting over $1.50 will take time, but more than doable if Gold does what we hope it does.

I do question the timing though! They should have announced this last week prior to PDAC

Why? Why not create the enthusiasm over PDAC and announce it when Gold broke thru to new highs creating a lot more excitement and making for an easy Completion.. Things have changed in this market drastically all in the past week !! Much easier to get 7mill today at 40cts than last week at 40cts. Of course for most longs one wishes for a higher PP but it never seems to be that easy...

If they had done the financing last week at .40 went to PDAC with gold rising, the sp would be .50 now and the financing would easily be done. Having to drop it 20% to do the financing is only good for a few, but the first scenario would have been good for the many.  Of course this is all 20/20 hindsight

Well shucks. I guess you haven't been cheering for FVL for at least 15 years or more. If we end up with 50 million ounces no one will pay up for that much for it .  Time to make a deal and get it sold. In my humble opion

Well shucks. FVL went up to $.50 and was tracking up with gold nicely, then collapses down to $.44 while gold goes up another $50.00. Then to my surprise more dilution at $.40 hum.
