Yes it certainly seems after listening to interview that sometime in the next two years Geodrill will get taken out be a larger company. The girl in the interview pretty much flat out said "within two years" and she added " could be under protracted talks in 9 months". David pretty much concured, said they were a "an absolute thorn in the side to some of our competitors ...more

He kept mentionning 4.5 to 5 times EBITDA.   They are at 3.3 Historical, he said 2.9 going forward ?  A double or triple could be more than feasible.   Just wonder who would buy them ?  Boart and FAR are still in balance sheet repair mode.   This only leaves MDI but who knows, maybe another african centric driller ? GLTA
