RE:kasking vs. Kasking12 - Who is this mysterious new variant?
I chuckled way too hard at the title of this. I will clarify, that I am not concerned about the hospitalizations catching up to where they were in the second or third wave. I am concerned about the political reaction to it. If the numbers of cases rise, the political pressure rises on Kenney to act like he is doing something and if that mounts enough there may be a shut down or limited shut down. Even as most elderly people are vaccinated and hospitalizations should be lower than previous waves, there would be a large segment of the population calling for restrictions if the cases go up into high hundreds per day. I would much rather Gamehost banks their cash and just coasts through this uncertainty with continuing buybacks rather than be caught in a situation where they are forced to close or put in some restrictions that force them to go into cash reserves or pause the dividend again just to avoid short term pain. Right now, this stock is a screaming buy and I think the price is still lower than 10 just because of uncertainty. Anyone smart is still loading up right now as they have been through this whole scenario. Whether this is over now for sure or in a couple months its not a big deal for us long term holders.
