BEK and special dividend again

You all know I love BEK ....tiny float, under the radar like GH, that reliably spins out regular dividends and every few years declare a special juicy one.

Well they opened the spigot again for the end of this month.

You might consider picking some up quickly before it goes ex-dividend. You get an immediate $1 per share now, and .40 cents eo March.

That is $1.40 per share on a currently trading $13.50 per share.

Always an interesting proposition when insiders are big stakeholders and stock is not widely followed. Will say I've worked with some smart characters over the years, and the value guys, not surprisingly, many owned BEK.b in their personal accounts.    Likely they sniffed out value, just like Sage, and grabbed some shares. Dividend announcement created nice bump BEK share price and volume the last few days as the news ripples out. It will drop of course after going exDiv, but it looks real nice at the moment. Even so, the company has no debt and simply....yes you gotta see this coming....milks its RE portfolio and is selling properties. Still book value is in the 18s...and it has nice metrics.
