RE:RE:BEK and special dividend againDividend announcement created nice bump BEK share price and volume the last few days as the news ripples out. It will drop of course after going exDiv, but it looks real nice at the moment.

Even so, the company has no debt and simply....yes you gotta see this coming....milks its RE portfolio and is selling properties.

Still book value is in the 18s...and it has nice metrics.

Hoping some of you are in there. One of my BEK buddies is here with us and happy to be here.
