RE:Private placement of flow-through sharesYeah this is a little bit of a break with tradition right? I mean the dilution. Traditionally, GMX has always optioned it's properties to finance it's continuing activities.

However the price being 35 cents I thought was pretty good, kind of mutes the potential negative reaction. I wonder how they negotiated 35, that is impressive yes?

Any insight is appreciated, my experience is limited. GLTAL.
