There has been substantial insider trading the last 4 days relative to volume of shares sold.  This may have also contributed to the positive share price.

I think you are being impatient.  Gennum has shown solid earnings growth for the past 5 quarters.  The revenue was off slightly in the most recent quarter due to supply chain management ...more
