RE:RE:RE:RE:US listing

RE:RE:RE:RE:US listingHello Lire02. Your point with respect to the GRA.V share price improving in lurches since the company's IPO and the consequent price action which takes place during the interim clearly being demonstrative of inherent volatility, this in part due tofactors of very low volume and the retail investor's typically emotional bias contributing to downward share price action; is clearly quite well taken.
You  are correct in stating "No One Ever Went Broke Taking a Profit".

You ststed, "Subsequent to trading at 4.86 , GRA traded slightly under 3.00
which must have caused the 4.86 purchaser some cause for concern. (This is a pattern that seems to occur with some regularity after a significant financing)"

You are correct, after a financing such a downward share price pattern typicaly presents.
You'll note that the company is sitting on approximately 50 million dollars which it can quickly deploy toward expansionary efforts to keep up with the obvious commercial demand for Graphene Black. I am not suggesting that 50, 60 or 100 million dollars cash on hand can be enough to outright pay for requisite expenditures in order to henceforth further expand the NanoXplore enterprise.  Gven the outlook of increased corporate 'profitability' being derived from only two of many more contracts for the provisioning of Graphene Black and given that the VoltaXpore partnership is going to require a lot more investment capital going forward, I do not doubt that another financing could be necessary going forward.
However, I wouldn't agree with anyone's assertion that such a future need to finance what would be immediately 'accretive' expansionary efforts going forward, as relates to Graphene Black production and provisioning for existing and future customers, would be undertaken at share price points which would be anywhere near to previous financing price points.
At this particular juncture, 'Non-dilutive' kinds of financings can become 'a primary option'; this given the now requisite revaluation of GRA.V's 'profitability' and the demonstrated willingness on the part of those administering provincial government and federal government entities to 'grant' and also arrange for interest forgivable loans being extended to corporations which are to meet  specific criteria.

Amongst other criteria being met, 'Bankability' is in part what motivates persons administrating entities such as Investissement Qubec.

Finally, should the share price do as you suggest, i.e. decline 30 - 40% during such expected retrenchments, I'll be looking to only increase any position of 'investment' with this NanoXplore enterprise.
Simply, I am just going to wait out the weak handed 'retail' shareholders; they will all hit the slowly increasing  'bid' in order to book 30%, 40% even 50% returns. When retail has booked profit and moved on after having gotten a taste, so to speak; that's when retail share holders become 'captive', so to speak, and immediately amenable to adding support to future initiated parabolic share price moves upward.

By the way, do you have an idea of just how many 'living wage' paying jobs VoltaXplore is going to provide for various Quebec, Canada based 'constituents'?
I am relatively confident such projections have already been provided, along with additionally required assurances, for those administrators over at Investissement Quebec, IQ.

All it takes is for institutional shareholders to, as you say, drink the Kool-Aid - this after performing thier own due diligence and confirming for themselves that NanoXplore is in fact going to become another integral cog in the 'Quebec Inc' wheel comprised of 'preferred' commercial enterprises - and begin to fully comprehend just how integral graphene has become and is to become.
When combined with ... graphene based nanopolymers have made something which is thought by the majority of the scientific community to be practically impossible, oh so very possible; and that is merely in addition to what graphene is going to do for the electrification of the transportation industry globally and much much more.
