RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting timesYou, Lire02, stated, "As per the purchase of XG stuff, so far most commentary from interested stakeholders suggests that was an excellant move."

RESPONSE: Perhaps you don't as yet know that I long ago foretold of the need for the XG Sciences issue to be "nipped in the bud", so to speak.
I was very pleased when it actually happened (that's a understaement) and at that time foolishly began to acually consider that Soroush Nazarpour &Co were not merely continuing to "lure" and "hook" current unsuspecting NanoXplore shareholders and would be NanoXplore shareholders with the now made infamous "we are going to build a 2Gwh VoltaXplore Graphene-Silicon anodes comprised battery cells manufacturing facility "shtick".

Mr. Soroush Nazarpour &Co certainly did decide to "lower the boom" on NanoXplore "minority" shareholders during the Q4 confernece call, with respect to this VoltaXplore "lure" and "hook" 2Gwh VoltaXplore Graphene-Silicon anodes comprised battery cells manufacturing facility enterprise.
The whole time, Soroush Nazarpour et al., collectively knew that the various costs assumptions which had been arrived at by or on behalf of both co-owners and which were thought to have been supporting the very feasability of going forward with said VoltaXplore enterprise, were incorrect, out of date and therefore entirely useless. They also knew that without then near unattainable "majority governments" (e.g. Canadian federal, provincial and//or U.S federal, state, and local) grants, subsidies and other requisite financial supports being secured, the VoltaXplore enterprise was representative of merely another employed "lure" and "hook".
Does the word disingenuous mean anything to such people?

At this point, just the mere mention of said VoltaXplore enterprise is perhaps enough to induce vomitting on the part of the shortest term NanoXplore shareholders Lire02.
Alas, everyone knows they have been had and are now dumping their respective NanoXplore share positions, due to such  failures in meeting specific VoltaXplore expectations on the part of Mr. Soroush & Co.

Thta is that. Now to move on to more XG Sciences commentary and more positive notes Lire02
