Interesting times

The analyst reviews are out, Nat Bank at $8, RJ at $6, Echelon at $8.50 and Beacon at $6
Paradigm holding at $13 .75
Looks like consensus revenues for the current fiscal year around $135 mill, which would be a nice increase.
I Liked the comments on VoltX, it was a smart move to not commit to this venture too soon, in hindsight that would have been a big mistake. It sounds like 50/50 whether it gets built, and where. If Canada does not come up with matching subsidies they may have to shelve or build in the US to get the benefits available there.
As much as everyone was excited about this, the CEO has shown restraint, not easy to do amid the fanfare of the EV wave.
There was a post earlier talking about the gift of shares, it did not and does reflect at all on the financials of the company, it has to be reported because SN is an insider but it is not relevant to GRA.
The discussion on the MD and A about patents was valuable, building a solid wall there is critical, and if GRA did not find a way around the XG patents, it will be hard for anyone else to either. The XG acquisition looks pretty smart, and at a price that should be earned back in short order from the Ford contracts and others.
This stock has run up a few times before, and then drifted back, this looks the same again. It is a long term revenue story, and I think as results begin to show consistently it will do well, but  the market is in a "show me" mode and expanding the graphene uptake is a slow methodical business.
Best of luck

Hello ridethewinners You stated, "The analyst reviews are out, Nat Bank at $8, RJ at $6, Echelon at $8.50 and Beacon at $6, Paradigm holding at $13 .75" RESPONSE: A l of that and three bucks would buy you a coffee somewhere. LOL! They are all likely facilitating some of their "high net worth clients" selling short GRA shares at the moment; ergo, I couldn't give two ...more

Finally, you ridethewinners, stated "This stock has run up a few times before, and then drifted back, . . . RESPONSE: The share price had previously been run upward by and or behalf of institutional investors to circa $9.00 CAD; this whilst Mr. Soroush Nazarpour and Co collectively and intentionally kept NanoXplore "minority" shareholders in the dark as to what specifically had ...more

Wow, a lot of angst here, isn't there? This is a stock, not your first born child. One of the reasons we all invest this way is to have liquidity. if you don't like mgmt, sell and go somewhere else. You put a lot of effort into this, and perhaps it has clouded your ability to be objective. To address just a few of your comments, the post about the gift of shares not beihg related to the ...more

It's not angst; it's the certain knowledge that the short, as I pointed out would most certainly be and as you most certainly choose to ignore, was then and is in fact now "in play" ridethewinners. I don't give a rats azss why you so called "invest" and as for you telling me or anybody else "if you don't like mgmt, sell and go somewhere else", I ...more

Increasing revenues from a covid induced low and by acquiring companies with investors' money is not heroic mate. It's easy to sign checks. JimmyB

The secret , which you failed to mention, JB1, is 1) to have the cash  to make the purchase, and 2) to know which one of the covid related cheap companies is worth buying. That's why we pay Soroush, he's the one with the Ph.D!

In a sense, both you and JimmyBly1 are chosing to argue over what could be a recenly planted seed which has just sprouted and has now barely begun to break through the soil, so to speak. Just have a look at the share price. The trending direction of the share price always speaks loudest to would be investors and speculators alike, in regards to any given company's merely suggested ...more

By the way Lire02. I have to say that 1) any SeedyNX or TSX.V and OTC listed company can raise, as GRA:TSX had raise $30 Million at relatively 'severly discounted' share price points, desperately needed capital; it's no extraodinary feat on the part of NanoXplore's C-suite and company directorate members and there's certainly no secret on how it gets done and who is typically ...more

Hi 1Student. Not sure why you seem to take offense with my comments that Soroush (and Team) were to be congratulated in raising funds for future development in a timely manner ( imagine if they were going out to raise money in today's environment)-could it have been done more effectively or at a cheaper cost to the company, probably , but it could also have been done at a higher cost, or not ...more

You, Lire02, stated, "As per the purchase of XG stuff, so far most commentary from interested stakeholders suggests that was an excellant move." Clearly, the XG Sciences assets acquisition was always more about NanoXplore succeeding in aggressively leveraging it's existing IP, the USEPA retained "Consent Order", the existing relationship with Ford, etc. It was also about securing the potential to further expand the breadth and requisite volume of various NanoXplore graphene comprised automotive products catagories supplied to ...more

So, 1Student, we essentially agree on almosr everything about Nanoxplore , though you seem to have it in for Mr Wolffe and the  Pariah like market reactions to his rather aggressive projections, while I tend to focus on the more mundane forcasts topping out at about $10 sometime in the fairly near future ( near term , as defined by myself, is anytime prior to my statistical best buy date not ...more

You Lire02 stated, "We essentially agree on almost everthing about NanoXplore" RESPONSE: You seem to be the king of generalities Lire02. You quite intentionally stay away from providing "specific validity" for many of the points I took the time to much more than generally comment upon Lire02.
