Watch out below if VoltaXplore does not get the go ahead

IMHO, if GRA was to trade as a manufacturer of graphene enhanced composites only, it would eventually trade at 5 to 8 times EBITDA, not 10 times REVENUES, as it is trading right now. Look at NEO materials, trading at 1 time revenues......In my mind, it is imperative that GRA becomes a player in the battery segment to still be perceived as a tech company, with multiples attached accordingly.

I too believe that the rise in long bond rates is playing havoc with the value of cash flow negative tech companies, but the absence of news concerning Volta and the slow adoption rate of graphene enhanced products sold is also a negative to the stock.

Soroush and cie better come up with a 5 year plan that is both credible and includes revenues from silicon graphene materials. If not, watch out below, and not because of the Fed.

Clearly Nano will have involvement in the battery markets if only through graphene applications to improving Anode /Cathode performance which Nanoxpole will capitalize on with or without going through Volta. Don't get me wrong, I believe that Voltaxplore offers a wonderful opportunity , but whether one measures through multiples of sales or earnings, the company will do very, very nicely as ...more

Hello Lire02, Don't get me wrong, i too believe in the main markets that GRA has focussed on. But the numbers do not add up if GRA is priced as a manufacturer of high tech goods. Look at GRA partner Martinrea....850$M market cap with revenues flat at around 3,6B$ last five years. NanoXplore is doing all the right moves for their graphene enhanced products, but too slowly to my taste. And ...more

The only clearly positive aspect to this NanoXplore enterprise, which is keeping me holding a portion of my previous much larger position, would be the graphene comprised automotive parts and components business, the co-developed Graphene comprised geosynthetics products sales (see Slomax) business, the "Graphene BlackTM" SMC product sales business and all other potentials supporting ...more

Hello Will101 It doesn't matter whether NanoXplore goes ahead with the merely proposed and now infamous 2Gwh capacity Garaphene-Silicon anode comprised battery cells manufacturing facilty Will101. Alas, what matters for some is that Soroush & Co lay the groundwork which would allow those "high net worth clients", i.e. persons perhaps serviced by the various underwriters of that ...more
