Kudos on your purchase! It's nice to see someone share their decisions before s/he knows they worked out. I've also heard the narrative about warmer weather, which at the very least is a positive one. I think I noted less "the world is ending" sentiment in headlines. But would a technical "pandemic" reverse that. It already seems a pandemic, if I understand the term.
