What details is it you want to see, the trustee come to you with signed paperwork? The company issued a press release telling you they are going into bankruptcy. The stock has been halted since. This will result in a 100% loss for GUD, management swept under thr rug. Of course the cheerleaders say it's not material. 3D is not material, Synergy losing 1/2 it's value is small and immaterial, Crescita losses is imaterial, giving away $45 million to the CRA is small and immaterial. Nothing is materal for the fools on this board. Hats off to management for a great job.
