GXI bought OpenJaw at 41.3 m, sold it at 38 mit has to pay 20 m debenture. It issured 29 m shares at 0.95. It is worth 2.9 m at 0.10 at present. 18 m - 2.9=15 m. So it gained 15 m for this deal. I fully expect shareholders will get their shares at 0. 20 to 0.40
