From the cashflow forecast it's hard to tell if the remaining GuestLogix business is a going concern.
If I recall correctly the affidavit from CEO at the beginning of the SISP process mentioned that there had been bids submitted for the core OnBoarding business near the end of last year which had to be rejected because the large lenders got in the way. Not sure if the interest is still there...
