the company wants to change the warrant price to 29 cents and extend it out time wise.  The company is being squeezed by it's lenders because it cannot pay their bills.  Any such agreement should be voted on by the shareholders.  If it was I would suspect that the shareholders would wish the company to be put up for sale.  Hopefully there would be enough money to pay off

Use your brain my friend. If GXI was going to default, explain me why traders (and market makers) are bidding so strong on the GXI.DB? (Almost no sellers on the ASK side!). And why KLM Royal Dutch would renew a deal with a moribund co? This make no sense.

I apologize for the confidence I had into this co! This morning's news is like a "pickle" on the cake. I dumped my GXI.DB with big losses and I did so with my common shares this morning. Descartes's ex-CEO was right when said that GXI's directors were (...)!
