This is the turning point - likely restatement of financials impact, some sort of agreement with lenders and update on strategic review. Hope its all good!! Been long stressful wait, day of revitalization now here.

I would not agree. It's more likely gxi is another Bruce Campbell top pick filing for creditor protection.
