forcast 3.4 m revenue to Aug.5, 2 m negative after less cost
it seems i am too optimistic the shareprice will be in the range of 0.20 to 0.40.

They still need to pay $20mm of debentures before the common shares get anything. I would say the common is a zero at this point unless something changes.
