Maybe are shares do have value after all
I am new to this board. But it seems that are share may have some value after all.
Status of File as of September 12, 2016
On September 12, 2016, the Court issued an order (the “Plan Sanction Order”) which among other things sanctioned and approved the Plan pursuant to section 6 of the CCAA.
Also, on September 12, 2016, the Court granted an order (the “Declaration of Equity Claims Orders”) declaring that the indemnity claim filed by Patrick Leung and the Class Action Claims are equity claims pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the CCAA.
How much value is there if any.
