Sanction Order

This Order sanctions 'the Plan'.  In the Plan there is NO recovery for shareholders.  

Morowitz,  the Supreme Court Judge, has approved an Order for Patrick Leung and the class action to pursue an 'equity claim'.  This is any money left over after creditors r paid.

Does anyone know of a class action commenced by common shares holders for publicly listed shares?
