Yup, Got both portions.  Give it a day, Maybe? then call ibkrs and ask them when it will show up. it is on ibkrs at this point not HCG

I received my dividend portion of the SIB and have rolled that into my HCG holdings but have not yet received the capital gains portion of cash. Did everyone receive their tendered shares in cash yet?

As a long, better off with a NCIB, they pay a premium on buy back of SIB. At current price better buying on market with NCIB as much as possible better value to current shareholders.

Yes, possibly another SIB, I don't think right away, So NCIB next, ( plus maybe Div? ), possibly another SIB later towards the end of the year again, A dividend could be anytime they decide ...more

I was basing my my eps on the last quarter earnings 1.10, not annual earnings 40? 4 quarters *  P/E of 10 = 40. or 1.27/quarter * 4 quarters *P/E of 10. (just my rough numbers) *** my ...more

Where did you get "40" from 1.27 x 40? from my annual EPS calculation of HCG post SIB, $5.55, and normal P/E of 10 Fair price should be $55.5

Q3 2021 (before SIB) old BV = 36.4 old eps = 1.10 Q3 2021 (after SIB) new BV = 35.27 new eps = 1.27 1.27 * 40 = 50.8  (should/will trade around +/- market BS) GLTA cept Dhorties of course
