Rock Solid Q2 πŸ˜€πŸ€©πŸ˜Ž

These post titles following earnings releases are so easy to make ... just use the same title used for previous quarters and change from Q1 to Q2 to Q3 etc.  LOL

Hammond is similarly easy to own.  The company gushes cash like an oil company, but is not nearly so cyclical.  They have been busting out the bricks trying to expand capacity to meet customer demand.  The Palmerston expansion is just seven months from completion.  And amid this frantic activity, they have managed to replenish inventory, ensuring sales will not peter out for lack of goods ready to ship.

And yet the stock trades at a P/E of 5, as though the company were doomed.  No problem, I am happy to keep holding a huge position and add when I get the chance.

Trading close to 52 week high....just a bit more to go, but then hopefully can get past it and move towards $5.

$5? That would make a P/E of 7.04, a P/B of 0.776. Given that they have been increasing their profits in the past years and will likely increase their profits some more when their new facility opens next year, that would still be very cheap.

Agree, I hope it goes higher, but the $5 level lets in other players!!
