HMM.A is currently a nanocap (market cap under $50 million). If the price goes up 5 cents, it becomes a microcap, which might happen tomorrow. I don't think that makes much of a difference, but some people are afraid of nanocaps. This could possibly increase the number of people willing to look at HMM.A. Possibly even attract an analyst, which in turn could attract more investors. This stock would benefit from more buyers and more volume.

Good point. Although I think how thightly held this stock does affect it quite a bit. Even though the mcap is above 50m the value of the free float is very tiny. But fingers crossed for more interest in this small and fine company!
