does anyone know where I can find a record of the dates of the last few HNU/D splits?

It has been done at $1.60 (15 for 1)=$24,00 per share post consolidation at the open

The press release was out February 3,2023 (1 for 15)was the notice and it started trading on a post consolidation basis on February 21,2023 and the consolidation has been done on February 18,2023 at the close...$1,60 was the closing price
