Article notes Emerson  bought  a company this year for  for 20X ebidta. 

wow. What does that make Hammond worth: 1.2 billion?
$100/share.

At 20x EBITDA the share price would be $150+. That multiple is crazy though. Share count is low and float is tight.  Hammond is going to keep marching up. Matt Lee and Derek Dley are making Canaccord clients a lot of money on Hammond.
