RE:RE:NCIB Doubtful H&R is a buyer here. Per the last call and the quarterly reports - we should expect meaningful asset dispositions tonight (~200M CAD). I'm certain Tom said office was what was to be sold - and I believe it was in the US - not 100% sure on location - I recall Tom was hesitant to give away what he was doing by providing the State or Province. Of course, things may have changed since then.
I bought more this morning headed into earnings. Slow and methodical with a very long investment horizon is exactly how I would describe this managment team over my 3 years of observing them.
