These guys have 8b+ in assets, you would think they could sell SOMETHING, even an industrial or good property to fund a NCIB at 60% discount to NAV.

Becareful what you wish for, just look at TNT.UN over the past 8 months... These guys are smart, slow and methodical... conserve the cash and buyout some distressed assets in the next 6-18 months...  Best of Luck to All!

HR only  wants quality, doubt anything of quality would go at depressed prices

Doubtful H&R is a buyer here. Per the last call and the quarterly reports - we should expect meaningful asset dispositions tonight (~200M CAD). I'm certain Tom said office was what was to be sold - and I believe it was in the US - not 100% sure on location - I recall Tom was hesitant to give away what he was doing by providing the State or Province. Sold 4 more properties - two during q3 and two subsequently. Two office, one industrial and one retail. Totalling approx $60M. In addition, this happened, which was not on my bingo card: Proceeds on Disposal of Purchase Option H&R had a mortgage receivable of approximately $37.2 million (U.S. $27.6 million) secured against industrial land in North Las Vegas, NV.
